 Mission Statement

 

"Our mission is to provide: specialized 24 hour care in a home environment to the elderly, ill or residents with life threatening diseases; excellent tender-loving care, treating clients as family with dignity as if they were in their own home, allowing as much independent decision making within a safe environment; and aging in a place with the involvement of such services as Hospice when deemed necessary."

 

 

 

 

                                                                                           

 Vision Statement

 

Our vision is to provide excellent unique personalized care to the elderly as well as those with life threatening diseases in a loving home environment for the rest of their lives.

 

 

 

 

 

Licenses:

Extended Congregated Care License 

(ECC)

 

A terminally-ill resident is able to remain as long as the resident remains under a physician's care and additional care is provided under a Licensed Hospice.

 

 

Limited Nursing Services

(LNS)

 

Residents requiring limited intermittent nursing care but not requiring 24-hr nursing care.
